Join us for the grand opening celebration of The Cascalote, our first new affordable housing community in Arizona in 13 years! Named after the evergreen tree known for its beautiful yellow flowers, this brand-new community offers 148 homes for seniors, with at least 17 set aside for seniors transitioning out of homelessness or living with a disability, with a prioritization of veterans.
Designed to center community, residents of The Cascalote will enjoy onsite services promoting a sense of belonging and independence. We are also partnering with mental health provider La Frontera, which will offer onsite, clinical services to the 17 permanent supportive apartments.
